AKWA House is located in Hermanus, Western Cape. This 3 story house has beautiful views of the mountain, beaches and lagoon. It is located 2 roads away from the famous Grotto blue flag beach, which is a 10min walk. There are stunning restaurants and a lot of tourist attractions, as well as a world class golf course and wine farms located in the Hermanus and Hemel and Aarde valley.

AKWA sleeps 10-12 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house is very family friendly with 2 lounges, one with pool table, table tennis table and a bar area and another lounge upstairs.  The whole house is rented out on a self catering basis.  The in-season price varies from R5 200 - R5 500 per day and the out of season price is R4 200 - R4 500 per day for the whole house.

The upstairs lounge, balcony and one upstairs bedroom have beautiful 180-degree sea views. The back of the house also has a balcony with magnificent mountain views. Each balcony has its own braai area, so you can decide where you want to make your fire depending on the weather.
